Here is an honest look at where your listing appears — what is automatic, what you need to paste yourself, and what is on our roadmap.
The moment you publish a job, ImHiring pushes it to these places automatically. You do nothing extra.
Indeed XML feed
Your job is included in the structured feed Indeed pulls from us. It usually appears on Indeed within 24–48 hours.
Google for Jobs
We mark up your listing so Google indexes it directly. People searching for jobs on Google can find yours.
ImHiring job board
Your listing lives on imhiring.ai/jobs so anyone browsing our platform can apply.
Our Google Business Profile
We post your opening to our Google Business listing, which shows up in local search results.
These platforms require you to create your own account and paste your apply link there. We give you a formatted post you can copy with one click — you just drop it in.
ZipRecruiter
Free basic posting. Paste your apply link in the application URL field.
Free job posts are available to any business page. Great for professional or office roles.
Indeed Sponsored
Sponsored listings cost money but get more views. Use this if your free Indeed post is not getting enough traffic.
Post in Facebook Jobs or local community groups. Works really well for hourly and retail roles.
Craigslist
Small fee per post. Still very effective in many cities for trade, service, and warehouse roles.
These integrations are on our roadmap. We will announce them in the app when they go live.
Usually within 24–48 hours. Indeed pulls from our feed on their own schedule.
For automatic platforms, distribution is on by default. Contact support if you need to exclude a specific channel.
No — both offer free organic job posts. You only pay if you choose to sponsor or promote your listing.
