1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImHiring.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Marketplace Rules

The Platform operates as a marketplace connecting sellers of AI-powered products with buyers. ImHiring.ai facilitates transactions but is not a party to the agreements between buyers and sellers. All products listed on the marketplace must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers retain ownership of their products. By listing a product, sellers grant ImHiring.ai a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the product on the Platform. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products, and compliance with all applicable laws including intellectual property rights. ImHiring.ai charges a 15% commission on all marketplace sales. Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.

5. Buyer Terms

Purchases are made using credits or USD as indicated on product listings. Upon purchase, buyers receive the license type specified in the listing (personal, commercial, extended, or unlimited). Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products unless explicitly permitted by the license terms. Buyers may leave ratings and reviews that are honest and relevant to the product.

6. Credits & Payments

Credits are a virtual currency used on the Platform. Credits are purchased in packages via Stripe and are non-refundable once purchased. Free credits awarded at signup or through promotions have no cash value and cannot be transferred. ImHiring.ai reserves the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

ImHiring.ai and its logo, design, and content are the property of ImHiring.ai. Users retain intellectual property rights to content they create and upload. Users must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on the Platform: malware, viruses, or harmful code; products designed to facilitate illegal activity; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; misleading or fraudulent listings; content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination; any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

ImHiring.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ImHiring.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or functionality of third-party products sold on the marketplace.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited. Any pending seller payouts will be processed within 30 days of account closure, subject to our fraud review process.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
