Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, products viewed, searches performed, and actions taken.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers. We store transaction records including amounts and credit balances.

Content: Any content you upload or create on the Platform, including product listings, reviews, and profile information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to: provide and improve the Platform; process transactions and manage credits; communicate with you about your account and transactions; personalize your experience and show relevant products; prevent fraud and enforce our terms; analyze usage patterns and improve our services; send marketing communications (with your consent).

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with: Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for data storage and authentication; Vercel for hosting; service providers who assist in operating the Platform; law enforcement when required by law. Seller profile information (display name, bio, product listings) is publicly visible on the marketplace.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the Platform.
