Pay rate
What you plan to pay — hourly or salary. You can say a range like '$15–$18/hr'. Be honest; it helps attract serious applicants.
Hours / schedule
Full-time, part-time, weekends only, etc. The more specific you are, the fewer mismatches you get.
Must-haves
Anything the person absolutely must have on day one — a driver's license, food handler's card, bilingual Spanish, etc.
Nice-to-haves
Things that would be great but you could train someone on. Example: 'Experience with Square POS a plus'.
