You never have to read through 50 resumes. The AI screens every single applicant and only shows you the ones worth your time.
Candidate applies
They click your apply link and fill out the short application form.
AI sends screening questions
Within minutes, our AI sends the candidate a few short questions by text message and email. The questions are based on your job requirements — things like availability, experience, and must-haves.
AI grades the answers
The AI reads each answer and gives the candidate a score from 0 to 10. A 10 means they are a great fit. A 0 means they are not a match.
Low scores are filtered out
Candidates who score below 7 are automatically set aside. They are still in your records if you want to look, but they will not distract you.
You see only the top candidates
Anyone who scores 7 or higher appears in your dashboard as a candidate card. You can read their answers, see their score, and decide who to interview.
| Score | What it means | Shows in dashboard? |
|---|---|---|
| 8 – 10 | Strong match. Meets your requirements, answered well. | Yes ✅ |
| 7 | Solid candidate. Worth a look. | Yes ✅ |
| 5 – 6 | Partial match. Missing one or two things. | No — set aside |
| 0 – 4 | Not a fit based on the screening answers. | No — set aside |
Yes. In your dashboard you can click 'Show all applicants' to see everyone who applied, including those below 7.
Not right now — the 7 cutoff is fixed. We are looking at making this adjustable in a future update.
AI is not perfect. Always feel free to look at the set-aside candidates, especially if you are not getting enough qualified applicants.
No. The questions are tailored to your specific job posting, so a cashier post and a delivery driver post will have different questions.
